A great nutritious and delicious idea for breakfast or a quick lunch. Serve with tomato slices, garnish with fresh cilantro or basil. You can also serve it with your favourite sliced cheese, add crispy pancetta, bacon or prosciutto. Healthy, fast and exquisite!

|2 to 3 slices of any bread (I used whole wheat country bread)|
|1 ripe avocado|
|Juice of ½ lemon|
|1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil|
|Sea salt + fresh ground black pepper to taste|
|Hot pepper flakes (optional)|
Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a bowl using a spoon. Add the lemon juice and olive oil and mash using a fork, add sea salt + pepper to your liking.
Toast your bread. Once toasted, drizzle with olive oil and spread on your avocado mash. Add the hot pepper flakes to give it a nice kick, optional.
For a flavour burst, drizzle some balsamumm and enjoy!
