Homemade poultry broth
Make your homemade broth, it is easy and healthier than the commercial from the grocery.

Preparation
Fill a big stockpot with water, add all ingredients and a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to broil. Set heat to medium/low, cover and leave it for about 2 hours.
After 2 hours, take the ingredients out of the stockpot; filter if necessary, your broth is ready!
