Grilled glazed salmon
For a light healthy dinner or a pool party BBQ this simple summer recipe is fast and easy and can be grilled or pan seared. Justina’s glaze is made with simple ingredients and a balsamic vinegar and olive oil base. This light summer recipe can be enjoyed with a salad or grilled vegetables.

| 4 fresh salmon filets |

| For the glaze |
| ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil |
| ½ cup Balsamumm original (you can use Maple syrup(use more to obtain the same consistence), apple cider or a fresh purred apple)) |
| 3 tbsp. honey |
| 2 tbsp. of meaux mustard (or Dijon) |
| ½ tsp. chilli flakes |
| 2 chopped garlic cloves |
| The juice of 1 – ½ lemon |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
In a big bowl, add all ingredients for the glaze and mix well with a fork.
Coat the salmon and pace on the grill skin down cook about 15 minutes, add glaze occasionally.
Serve with a salad or grilled vegetables and enjoy!
