Black cherry granité with cruched Pistachio

|4 cup frozen black cherries (or depending on the size of serving containers)|
|Ice cubes (quantity depending on desired consistency)|
|¼ cup ground pistachios|
|Maple syrup to taste|
Crush the pistachios with a mortar and set aside.
In a blender, add frozen cherries or other frozen fruit with the amount of wanted ice and mix. You can add cold water, yogurt or almond milk to liquefy the mixture.
Serve with crushed pistachios and drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
