Macaroni with shrimps, pine nuts and Balsamumm
Here is a very easy, fast and flavorfull recipe. Patsa is sauteed in roasted garlic, pine nuts and shrimps, perfect for appetizer or a fast lunch.

| 1 pound of raw shrimp, any kind |

| 300 g macaroni |
| 80 g pine nuts |
| 1/4 cup fresh persly, minced |
| 1/4 cup grated Parmesan |
| 2 garlic cloves, smashed and minced |
| 2 tablespoon butter |
| 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
| Balsdamumm original |
| Salt & peopper to taste |
Preparation
Prepare ingredients. If you choose big shrimp, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Cook pasta "al dente", drain, add a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil, pine nuts and garlic over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Add shrimp and sear over high heat for 1 minute. Add white win, butter and cook for 3 minutes or until white wine is completely evaporated.
Add macaroni, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and continue cooking 1 minute, turning to incorporate new ingredients.
Serve with a drizzle of Balsamumm and enjoy!
