Berry Salad with Maple Syrup
Enjoy Quebec’s fresh fruits all summer. A recipe, with flavour and simplicity that will satisfy the most refine palates and shock the greatest gourmet. As dessert on vanilla ice cream or for breakfast on French toast or crepes, this delightful fruit salad will become a summer essential. |1 basket 1,5 L Quebec’s strawberries|
|1 basket 1 L Quebec’s blueberries|
|1 basket 1 L Quebec’s raspberries|
|1 basket 500 ml Quebec’s blackberries|
|1 Cup maple syrup (one of Quebec’s delight)|
|7 fresh mints leafs, minced|
Take out stem and leaf, cut the strawberries in 2 or 4 depending on the size.
In a big bowl, add fruits and minced mint.
Cut oranges in 2, squeeze and add juice to fruits.
Add maple syrup andently combine and voilà is that simple? Serve and enjoy.
