|2-¼ cup of unbleached flour|
|1/4 teaspoon of salt|
|3/4 cup of unsalted cold butter cut in small cubes|
|6 tablespoon of water, about|
|3/4 cup of sour cream or plain yogurt|
Cut the butter in small cubes. Place all the ingredients in the food processor except the sour cream or yogurt. NB: you can also make the preparation by hand.
Mix by pulse seconds at a time until the butter form small pearls. Add the sour cream or (yogurt). Mix by pulse until the dough is form.
Form a ball, wrap in saran wrap aand keep in fridge or freezer.
