Potatoes for 4
2 branches fresh rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until very tender.

Meanwhile chop the Rosemary without the stems.

When ready, drain potatoes and transfer in a bowl, and crush using a fork.

Add olive oil and salt, pepper to taste add minced Rosemary. Serve immediately as side dish and enjoy!
