|3 pears cut into 2 lengthwise, cored|
|1 tbsp. Balsamumm Bianco, + extra for drizzling|
|100g arugula salad|
|¼ cup fresh basil leaves|
|1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, + extra for drizzling|
|1 tbsp. shredded lemon zests|
|½ tbsp. lemon juice|
|6 slices prosciutto|
|2 x 100g buffalo mozzarellas|
|Sea salt + cracked black pepper to taste|
Preheat char grill pan over medium heat. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with Balsamumm Bianco and grill for 1-2 minutes each side or until charred. Brush again with Balsamumm Bianca, set aside.
Place arugula, basil, oil, lemon zests, juice and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
On a wooden boards or platters place pears, prosciutto, salad and mozzarella. S
prinkle with fresh pepper and serve drizzled with extra Balsamumm Bianco and olive oil to taste and enjoy!
