Cilantro salad with avocado, tomato & feta cheese
Carmen, a beautiful Mexican woman, shares her superb fresh cilantro, avocado, tomato and feta cheese salad accented with fresh jalapeño peppers, fresh lime juice and extra virgin olive oil. Serve with tortillas chips, grilled fish or chicken, it will be love at first bite, guarantee!

|1 bunch of fresh cilantro|
|225 gr. of feta cheese|
|1 big tomate|
|1 avocado, ripe|
|1 tablespoon on minced onions|
|1 teaspoon of minced jalapeño peppers, to your liking (optionnal)|
|3 tablespoon of olive oil|
|Juice of 1/2 lime|
|Salt to taste|
Clean cilantro and remove shabby leaves. Lightly chop and place in a salad bowl.
Cut feta cheese, tomato and avocado in small dices and add to salad.
Mince onion and add to salad.
Press lime to extract juice and add to salad with olive oil.
Mince jalapeño (optionnal) pepper and add to salad.
Mix ingredients and add salt to taste, serve with tortillas and enjoy!
