Caroline’s beautiful green salad is seasoned with oil free orange-honey dressing, sprinkled with dried cranberries and sliced almonds, a pure delight and a nice discovery!

Ingredients
1 lettuce head (any kind)
½ cup de dried cranberries
½ cup sliced almonds
For dressing
¼ cup white balsamic
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp. honey

Preparation

From the dressing, whisk together all ingredients to emulsify and set aside. 

Clean and drain salad and cut in small pieces. Add cranberries and sliced almonds.

Mix in the dressing before serving.
