|240 g braised porc, shredded (recipe on our website)|
|1 bunch fresh cilantro|
|Tahini and lemon sour cream (recipe on our website)|
|1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese|
|For onion and tomatoes salsa|
|2 tomatoes, diced|
|1/2 onion, diced|
|1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, minced|
|1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin|
|1 tsp. chili pepper flaked, minced|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
For salsa cut onion and tomatoes in small dice. In a bowl, add olive oil, chili pepper flakes and chopped coriander. Add onion and tomato, mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Shred meat and heat it.
Arrange coriander leaves on tortillas, garnish with meat, cheese, sauce and salsa, roll and serve.
