Italian style BLT

This fabulous Italian style BLT sandwich recipe is superb! Diandra is using avocado, crispy pancetta, fresh mozzarella, arugula and fresh sprouted grain bread. Simple and yummy!

Ingredients
4 slices of bread (I used multigrain)
1 avocado sliced
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of mozzarella
2-4 slices of pancetta
1 handful of arugula
Balsamumm original

Preparation

Cook the pancetta in a pan (as you would bacon) on medium high. Once cooked, place on a paper towel to absorb some of the excess oil.

Slice your tomato, slice your cheese set aside. Prepare your arugula, set aside with other ingredients.

Cut avocado in 2, remove pit and slice.

Toast your bread slices and drizzle with some olive oil.

On 2 slices of your toasted bread, add your avocado, mozzarella, tomato, pancetta and arugula (in this order).

Drizzle balsamumm over your arugula and add the 2nd slice of bread to close your sandwich, serve and enjoy!

Idea Add fresh basil or cilantro to this recipe.
Substitute eplace mozzarella with swiss, bocconcini or any other cheese you like.
