Make your homemade dough, it is very simple and healthier. This Cust is easy to do and gets golden brown when cooked.

Ingredients
2-¼ cup of unbleached flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of unsalted cold butter cut in small cubes
6 tablespoon of water, about
3/4 cup of sour cream or plain yogurt

Preparation

Cut the butter in small cubes. Place all the ingredients in the food processor except the sour cream or yogurt. NB: you can also make the preparation by hand.

Mix by pulse seconds at a time until the butter form small pearls. Add the sour cream or (yogurt). Mix by pulse until the dough is form.

Form a ball,  wrap in saran wrap aand keep in fridge or freezer.

Tip Freeze the dough for 3 months. Defrost in the refregirator.

6 - Make a ball or 2 disk.
